I've been thinking about getting a colored Lux, not really to fill any purpose, but just to have and play with. I've looked at the Lumileds ratings and the red, amber, and red/orange colors show the most lumens, followed by the green and cyan, and finally the blue is the lowest. However, I know our eyes are most sensitive to green (which doesn't seem to be a very popular color to CPFers). Perception-wise, to a person, what color is actually the brightest? Are reds and ambers really that much brighter than the rest as their lumens indicate? Or do cyans, greens, and blues look brighter to us? Thanks.
