hello jhempelayo

I dont know what it means by powerchip.

but 3xAAA usually means direct drive, no electronics.

might just be an variable resistor to adjust the brightness.

I all depends on the price.

do you have an link to the website.

regards.

power chip= luxeon I
improved reflector= optic
dimmer= resistors
depth rating= are you kidding me?!
lumen=63 my foot, 6x3=18 would be more accurate.

damn, I am the one to help ledlenser ;D
(cuz I hate these things)

Its a 1 W Luxeon, like all of the LEd-Lensers labelled "Power Chip", OF COURSE they are electronically controlled and NO direct drive or resistors. Anybody typing such thing has never ever seen one!

Imho too expensive, 3 AAAs suck, and I just did not like earlier models, and therefore will NEVER buy makes from them... (to be honest, I doubt this enterprise will ever be able to even understand that lights should offer at least some resistance from the elements; again that was MY impression of design flaws in earlier models)

this is the website http://www.zweibrueder.de/index.html, searched for the # mentionned, but did not find it, and this HP drives me crazy (already happened some times in the past), and if I have to search there for another second, I might have to kill someone. What a useless piece of programming and informational work...

Maybe one of the german members might be able to find 7798.

WAAAAHHHHHHH

these damn optics with the "hole" in it AND (as the earlier models I HATED for this) no means to protect from whatever to get stuck into. Just a glass or something.
Hey, this should be a dive light, additional protection than the normal lights should be normal here!
[B:]Zweibrueder/LED-Lenser still sucks![/b]

PS: the led ist a 1 watt, but the 1.25 is measured from the battery. Any other questions?
PPS: the non-info related to the light sucks also (the whole page sucks imho)
(output, weigth, lenght, runtime till regulation stops (not given at any light), dive rating --> its a "dive light", remember?, ...
