First - does anyone have one of these replacements? Thoughts or opinions?
There appears to be little information about them on CPF.
I know they will run on the 6D mag, or with an adapter in a 2D/2C with 3 123's. Anyone tried one with a 6AA to 2D holder in a 2D Mag?
I've been looking at some of the 6AA/2D holder based mods and the DA-5W does appear to produce a tremendous amount of light, at least with 123's per the flashlightreviews.com site.
They are quite expensive, however.
