Title says it all. Looking for a Fenix RCR123 battery tube that David sold at the Fenix Store.

PM me if you've got one you're looking to get rid of.

Thanks,
MM

I'm using CR123 batteries in one of these battery tubes with an L2P head.
I tried to use RCR123 batteries but none of my RCR123 batteries will fit into the battery tube.
Just thought I'd let you know...

How close is it? Could it be bored out or would that make the walls too thin?

These were not designed to accomodate rechargables as the O-ring grooves (not the walls)
would be too thin.
But I *think* someone mentioned that AW's unprotected RCRs fit.

fwiw: A protected 14500 (from AW) is a bit too long for my L1P. It extends about 1mm beyond the end of the tube - just enough to prevent the tailcap from being screwed down all the way to make proper contact. A little circular shim sandwiched between the body and the head fixes that. You just need a little extra height so a bead of solder or something similar would probably work as well.
