I don't know about it being street legal. He says it is, but I would think that anything that constitutes a real threat to other motorists (or pedestrians) cannot be legal. In the photo of the "big fire" demostration he states the actual fireball is 20 times larger than the one in the photo.........well, being legal just doesn't seem possible with that kind of danger at hand.
