Source for CR223 Holder for DIY Headlamp?

Anyone know of a source of 223 holders for DIY projects?

I want to build a small headlamp for backpacking using an Opalec Newbeam and relatively cheap (compared to 123s or Lithium AAs) CR223s.

Thanks! I wonder why 223s aren't more popular with light designers. If www.cheapbatteries.com is any indication, they're a cheaper source of Lithium power than AAs or 123s . . .
