I've sent a few emails to 4sevens (he's the guy from fenix-store.com right?) but haven't gotten anything back; anyone else have any problems reaching him?

Have you tried sending him a PM here or giving him a phone call (his number is listed on his store site.) As I understand it, I think he does have a real job, and we know that he has a family to take care of, though his devotion to customer service and his store doesn't always make it seem that way. He's generally pretty responsive.
