I have a neighbor that keeps killing my grass, throwing nails in my driveway, etc. The police say I need proof that he's doing it. So I went a purchased a kit with 3 b/w cameras, monitor, and recorder. The only problem is that they do not have infrared LED's on them to light up the yard at night. In the meantime I've been burning 600 watts of floodlights in the yard to keep it lit up at night. Which 1 is a buncha money, 2 kinda bothers me with the light coming in through the window when I'm trying to sleep and 3 isn't exactly leaving any darkness for my neighbor to sneak over. At this point I'm not worried about stopping him, I just want to catch him. A buddy of mine had a broken night vision camera that only 6 leds work on so I plugged it in last night just to make sure my cameras could see IR and it worked great. It would paint a spot about 25-30 feet to my shed in the back yard.

So my question to you guys is has anyone used any of the 140 LED IR floodlights for sale on ebay. Examples are here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120012850133
http://www.pinecomputer.com/lorainils.html

It would appear that both of those are the same thing and claim to light up to 200ft which is kinda an overkill with my yard but for $30 who cares. I just cant seem to find anyone thats actually used one to see if it actually works to atleast 50-60ft.

My other option looks like:

But again, I wonder how well any of them work.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these IR illuminators. Any assistance or recommendations on the matter would be great, I'd like to find an even balance between cost and value.
