Luxeon optic for fiber optic

I remember having it seen once on the internet, and now I need it, I can't find it anymore. It's an optic designed for Luxeon LEDs to direct all the light into a bunch of optic fiber wires. Does anyone know where to buy these?

Carclo makes them, and I think Fraen and another company does as well.

I didn't carry the Fiber Optic couplers when I was trying to sell the rest of the Carclo line.... If I had, I'd offer to send you one.
