the lexan lens on my arc4+ is full of scratches, which is strange because theirs not a mark on the body.

whats the best way to remove the scratches.

is their an AR coating on the lens, one or both sides.

I have an UCL lens on order, but i would like to restore the original.

thanks.

check Flashlightlens.com he might have one lying around, if it's not listed on his site email him and he might have one.

thanks diggdug13

I dont really need an lexan replacement as i am going to fit an UCL lens.

I just wanted the best way to remove the scraches from my original lens.

so if i do sell it in the future, I can sell it as an original un-modded light.

thanks.

I think you could just polish it with something like pearl drops tooth polish or something equally fine there was no coating on the lens iirc.I think it was just a polycarbonate(sp)
