Any idea if there is a 6v screw in LED for a car inspectors' lantern?

Here is a link to a Tektite E10 (Edison miniature screw, 10mm) base drop in replacement LED designed to run from a 6V battery:

If that is not the right base type, Tektite also offers custom LED lamps, though I have no idea if they do one offs.
