Got a flashlight for my birthday!

Yesterday was my birthday, so my wonderful girlfriend got me an Inova X1 and a Kershaw Chive knife. Wow! She sure can pick good gifts. I think she's a keeper. I LOVE the output from the X1. It is every bit as smooth as my old CMG Infiniti Ultra but brighter. The finish is very good. Notice the checkering on the tail cap. The momentary on is still a bit stiff, but the threads on the tail cap are as smooth as butter. Excellent light. The knife is great too. The speed safe opening is very nice. She gave them to me while on an 8 mile day hike in the Sierras. We had a great time. Here are some pics.

Sounds and looks like a memorable birthday........out in the Sierra's with a beautiful woman who gifts you with a flashlight and a folding knife......who says heaven is only for the dead !

1. You're right, she sounds like a keeper. Looks like one too!
2. Taking item #1 into account, what the heck are you doing fooling around with little knives and flashlights?!
3. Rethink step 2, revisit step 1.
