2-stage switch module for L1P

I've never used this switch but if it's anything like the 5ohm resistor in the switch mod which many people (including myself) have used, it'll work on the L2P OK, though might give a very low output on low.

Thanks for such a quick response, I guess I'll have to ask if it is the same. if it is seems expensive ($20) for a resistor...

He says it does give lower first stage, but appears to be dumping a lot of power in the form of heat through the resistor, presumably as the more regulated circuit attempts to maintain current through the resistor. I had the same question, as well as for the L2P head on an L1P body, and after finding nothing but this post, gave up on an L2P, as I don't want one without a nice low lower setting (not like L2T, with still very bright low).

Uh, I paid $8 for the resitor and the switch.
