Cool. I hope technology like this actually makes it to market sooner rather than later.
The color differences between LED and incandescent lights are real, even if we all debate the relative merits of each. I would love to see a LED that can give incandescent-style color rendition, as it appears to my eye that incandescents are superior in this area.
Hopefully we'll see additional improvements in this area, and will someday have LEDs that produce a full (or nearly full) sunlight-like spectrum.
