I believe I have overtighten the screws on my PT Scout & the screw thread post actually broke off as a result.
Anyone here have experience contacting PT for repairs? I have left the message on their website last week, but I've yet to receive any e-mail/reply from them.
Any help from you guys would be appreciated.
