I just received BHC from cnc shop yesterday and would like to share it with you. I'll sent it to plating shop this Thursday and should have it back in a week. For those that already paid, I'll start shipping around the first week of September.

I'm now taking orders for MiniM@g Big Head Conversion (BHC). Original interest thread can be found here. BHC comes standard with McR-27L to improve throw and direct bolt on to the existing MiniM@g body. Design consist of finned head to improve heat management and knurling on the bezel. BHC is desing to work with every sandwiches that is currently available and still retaining twist on/off function.

Lens..................2mm x 31mm Schott Superwite B270
Light Engine........Compatible with all sandwiches that fit MiniM@g (MM, BB, DB and LDO)
Finish.................Your choice of bare aluminum, HAII black, HAIII natural and Electorless Nickel Plating
Shipping Date.......End of September (estimated)

Price...................$53.00 Regular airmail shipping included. Additional $10.00 for registered airmail. Credit card please add (4%)

Does it include the reflector?
Is the nickel plating polished?

Yes including reflector. Nickel plating is not polished.

I personally preferred bare aluminum with black body. However, bare aluminum is neutral color which is suitable with any colors.

just a quick note - bare aluminum will oxidize over time, and if near salt water that will speed up the process
