Night Ops Gladius.

Hey all,

I'm been thinking of getting the Gladius, but was wondering whether the throw would be as far as the Streamlight 4AA ProPolymer Luxeon? I got the 4AA Lux and this beast can really throw. Thanks!.

Gladius is a sweet LED throwing machine.

They are pretty close. I had both, but sold the Gladius and kept the Streamlight.

The Gladius is a remarkable bright thrower, really close to a Striker. And the Gladius has a beautiful beam that can be adjusted down so low that you can comfortably read at night from it. At the low setting it is rated for 400 hours.........

I am surprised to hear anyone say the Gladius is close to a SL lux. Gladius is nice and bright with plenty of spill and I really dig the low mode- something the SL hasn't got.
