The Streamlight TL-3 LED is agood light, but it depends on what you are looking for.

1- It is more of a floody light with a decent spot, farly bright, but not impressive.
2- My TL-3 LED does not have adjustable focus as described.I think it applies to the xenon version.
3- Well built, reliable, runs on 3.0v RCR123 batteries. Also 3.6v RCR batteries, but the light gets too hot to handle if left on for more than 5 minutes.

I bought mine on EBAY for $55.00
