Looking for light bulb makers!

Does anyone out there make homemade/customized flashlight bulbs? If so, we might want to put you on TV! We are doing a documentary on how flashlights are made for National Geographic and are hoping to find someone who runs a "cottage industry" of flashlight bulbs that can take us through the process of how they are made. In other words, we are looking for bulb fanatics and hope someone out there fits the bill!

Sorry, can't be done at home. The glass envelope requires vaccum evacuation, then the envelope is filled with gasses which can be corrosive, the filament and wiring is added, and the envelope is sealed shut.

It's very sophisticated and an expensive process.

LED's are made in manufacturing facility as well, and then placed in the lights.

There is a cottage industry of people who make lights based on both technologies, but they don't make the bulbs. (More properly called lamps, BTW!)
