Hi all,
Lately my Arc has become harder and harder to turn on. I have to twist the head almost painfully hard, forcing it past the point where it wants to stop, in order to get the light to come on. I tried cleaning the contacts but am not sure where to go from here? Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Lubing helped, but I will still PM Peter G because the neoprene washer stuck to the battery and pulled away from the head. It still seems a *little* harder to turn on than it should, but it's much better---thanks.
