By traffic circle, do you mean rotary?

That's a pretty crazy video. A lot of very close calls there, yet everyone appears to act like it's normal!

It does look pretty intense. Almost like a choreograph or something. They seem to be going a lot slower than what the video actually shows, as you can see pedestrians walking fast and jittery in a way that only a sped up reel seems to produce. At those slow speeds, any accidents would likely just be fender-benders, and there's plenty of time to react.

I'd say it was the framerate or something but yeah, looks like its the biggest vehicles get their way, down to the pedestrians and bicycles who give way the most... if its the same vid I recall seeing a while back.
