It's happening again and you computer nerds will chastise me again but what do you have to do to now send PM's? Everytime I try, it locks up my computer and I have to shut it down. Everything else works fine except trying to send PMs.

You could try going to the Questiond/Problems forum and looking for the answer there amongst the many threads addressing this topic.
