OK, all the threads over the last year about over under mounts has me willing to try to build a few of my own. I like the idea of some type of plactic. Cut out two holes, one on each end. Cut a slot out of the end. Might be able to make them tight enough to be a snap fit. If not, I could use some velcro staps. But, where can I get plastic "blocks" like that? And what type of plastic could I work with with a standard drill press and bench sander? I suppose I could use wood, but that wouldn't be too cool. Any ideas for me? Thanks,

I'm not entirely sure what it is that you're trying to build, but I get most all of my raw plastic materials from TAP Plastics. They have all kinds of stuff and have a chain of stores or can be found on the Internet.

There is a plastics section at the bottom of the page.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">onlinemetals.com is good...they take small orders with no minimum purchase. But, shipping costs $8.59 and up, so ordering a couple of dollars worth of plastic might not be worth it.
