Looking for a Movie Thumbnail Generator.

I need a program that can make a thumbnailed webpage, for movie files.

I would like it to make its own thumbnails also if possible.

Anything out there like this, for movies?
I see tons of them for images, but not movies.

haven't done it myself, but i believe mplayer will do that

I will check out that player also.

I use Media Player Classic the most, and it will make screen shots of movies,
that I then have to resize to thumbnail size.

I was just looking for a way around actually creating the html page and linking all the thumbs manually.
Much like my gallery program, which just lets me upload pics, and it does the rest.
