Hi, Can this new light be used with nimh batteries? I put 2 nimh in it seems like it worked ok but I' m afraid it will hurt it. Please reply

I have been using nimh batteries since yesterday in my Mag-Led 2AA. The light still seems to be working OK.

I measured current draw from Alkalines vs NiMH and it draws less current from NiMH which means it's probably a voltage multiplier circuit. I think you're OK with rechargeables.
