SYLVANIA LED Mini Lantern Vs River Rock

Hi

I am waiting for my River Rock to arrive and today I noticed the SYLVANIA LED Mini Lantern and wondered how this racks up to the River Rock.. I hope its not better but at the same time I realize newer stuff is coming out all the time.

What are your opinions?

The Sylvania compares to (is) the Osram lantern. There are many many threads on the Osram lantern and many threads discussing the Osram vs. River Rock.

Both are very good. The Osram (Sylvania) is slightly smaller and has a high and low setting instead of the high and flash settings of the RR.

Given the prices in the same range, I would pick the Sylvania, but I have a RR and it is fine.

Where did you see the Sylvania for sale?
