Seems the good ole L2 decided it wanted to be a problem this weekend. I'm getting current to the head but that is all, so the emitter must be shot.

I thought about putting an Xbins in but after the L4 I recently got, I wonder if the replacement L2 will be as nice and the new L4. So I guess I will just see what the lottery brings.

So, anyone have a clue how long this will really take?

Sorry to here about your L2 problem. I just wanted to point out that someone posted about a similar problem with an L2 recently and it turned out that the head needed to be screwed on very tightly for it to work. Also make sure the threads are clean to assure good contact with the body and tailcap. Anything that could save you from having to send it in for repair, new batteries?

I have no idea how long it would take to get it back, but you could ask when you call to get the RA info. Hope you don't have to though. :)
