I have to test that torch to find blood (of my dog), which wave lenght it has?

Blood doesn't show up (at least, in any interesting way) with UV light.

But in your opinion which wave lenght leds it has that flashlight?

Probably 400-405nm.

Gerber has a blood tracking light called the Carnivore that uses blue and red LEDs. I don't know the LED wavelengths but you can probably find that info online.
