Hi folks,
Here is 2Nd run of 4AA in 1D M*g
Finally the brightest 1D rechargeable flashlight is ready to ship.
Body is shortened to 1D and bored out in 4 slots to accept 4 AAs of any kind and any capacity.
Outside body is cross machined for great look and sure grip. Head is also finned for better heat dissipation. Completly deanodized, polished and reanodized in hard type III gun metal grey color.
Battery holder designed to accept 4AAs (cunsumer or flat top) which are slightly gapped to avoid shortage in case battery cover is torn. It has extended charging jack to recharge without removing tail cap. You can also recharge the pack out of flashlight or simply remove batteries to recharge individualy. This battery holder has very low resistance and capable of high drain bulbs. Center pin of charging jack is positive and I will include a male charging jack too.
Bulb options: Axial fillament potted 4 volt, 3.5A halogen or potted WA1319
I recommend to use axial 4 volt for maximum brightness or WA1319 for decent run time.
This flashlight comes with stock reflector, lens and 3 cell bulb. It is highly recommended to use aluminum reflector and boro lens when using high power bulbs.
Using 4 volt axial bulb will out throw stock MC with much nicer beam shape due to it's axial (vertical) short fillament.
