Mod for 2-stage L4?

Is there a way to make the L4 have a 2 stage light? By this I mean, can the L4 be made to have a low beam and a high beam like the L2?

McE2S Tailcap. do a search and you will find a lot of info. Problem is they arent sold anymore, you will have to watch the BST boards for one. I have one on mine and it is awesome.
