the easiest way is to press the PrtScr button above the insert button and then go into xp`s built in paint program in accessories and then edit, paste.

regards.

After PrtScr, you can paste a copy of your screen in nearly any application (Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, you name it).

PrtScr or Shift-PrtScr copies your whole desktop. If your desktop is extended over two screens, it copies both screens.

Alt-PrtScr copies just the active window.

I just hit print screen, past it in word, resize it as needed and print. Quite a few folks at work who dont use computers and its the easiest way for me to get the info to them than using the apps built in print function.

Also, if you hit ALT+PrintScrn, it'll only capture the active application window. Works great for documentation purposes. You don't get the whole screen that you would have to later crop out.
Regards!
