UW0K will be a tall order.
LED Supply can sell you less specific bins, but tends to have good prices
Future Electronics is the distributor for Lumileds. Don't buy from them unless it's in moderate quantity and don't expect to get an exacting bin - they might give you a choice of one or two bins if you call and pay a premium.
There are always LEDs being sold in B/S/T - probably your best bet for U/TW0K.

If you need to get four Luxeons from 4sevens in order to get the price break, I'd be willing to buy a single UW0K from you (since 4sevens doesn't sell them individually). I think he will let you mix the two bins he carries (UW0K and UWAJ).
