Hello All,

I am just curious exactly how all of you put your nFlex/d2dim/flupic etc into your maglite... How exactly you guys go about mounting the board on top of the switch without creating rattle/shorting...

Seems there are a lot of tri-lux/quad lux/single LED Mag mod's but there isn't much talked about how everything is mounted and connected inside of the Mag...

Thanks and any pics obviously VERY appreciated!!!

In my McG45 I created a pocket in my custom heat sink, which gives me space between it and the the M*g C switch to keep a Fatman, MaxiFLex, D2Dim, or similar converter"protected". All I have to do to keep it from moving/rattling is to use a little bit of AA epoxy to keep everything in place, much like the awesome Icarus has done in his mods ;)
