Ok, I like knives and there's quite a few magazines for that hobby.
I like cars, and obviously there's plenty of those mags.
Exercise? Yep, plenty.
Even my lust for watches can be satisfied with a monthly magazine.

So..... is there one for flash-a-holics? I'm jonesing.

Dang. Somebody with some pull needs to light a fire (so to speak) in a publishing house and get us a monthly magazine.

Obviously the advertisers would be:

Flashlight vendors
Battery vendors
Survival gear vendors
Gun vendors
Knife vendors
Divorce Attorneys

The closest I've seen is Backpacker Magazine. I don't subscribe anymore but I did for two years. Lots of ads from Princeton Tec, Coast, Petzl, Cyclops, Gerber etc. There's even Surefire ads in there once in a while. They also test and evaluate gear in almost every issue and include a headlamp category quite often.
