There is a list floating around somewhere on CPF with 18650 compatible lights, couldn't find it though.
EDIT: TranquillityBase made a 18650 tube which is compatible to the Surefire E-series and Aleph parts.

The new Huntlight FT01 may fit the bill.
I have not personally tested this light which makes my recomendation pretty unqualified. Others seem to like it though.

The different VB-16 variants. Two are found in the dealers section. One in HA and one a CPF numbered edition.
Very nice lights at a good price, they have multiple output levels from very dim to very bright and can use one 18650 or 2 cr123s. They can tailstand and the bezel can be removed for candlemode.
