arc aaa died

My arc aaa died about 3 months ago. I sent it in to arc and ive been waiting for 2 months so far and still havent received it back. Though I realise it could take a while for it to arrive back because im in nz. I mailed them about two days ago havent a reply yet. Anyone know much about arc's customer service.

Arc's customer service is normally very good.

My apologies bananas, we are going through our email inbox to see if we missed anyone. I do have the spam filter turned up fairly high. It does zap a good message from time to time.
