OK, this sound like a silly question but I read an artical that said that lack of sunlight will cause lots of health problems. They said that so many LUX at least at hour a day would help yout health alot.
Basically is what I want to know is how many LUX am I seeing in my dining room. I have 4 fluorescent bulbs (equilivent to 60 Watts each) pointing in 4 different directions. I have white ceilings and walls.
I'm not looking for an exact number just a rough guess would be cool.
I have a Fenix L2T and from 3 feet the ambient light is NOT brighter than the L2T. Does that mean the LUX in my dining room is less than the 1,000 that the L2T does from 3 feet.
They said the sun is 93,000 LUX and has a CRI of 100. They also said a light box only does 10,000 LUX and a CRI of 98.
Is there any other way of getting 10,000 LUX 98 CRI light for less than $200
Thanks
Scott
