SF G2 AW-17670 (Lamp options question)

I have a G2 and am running one of AW's 17670's. I would like to install a LED lamp what options do I have and where can I find em' at?

This is the only one I could find, would like to find a cheaper one if possible.

I have a G2 running a BOG (G&P) 3watt dropin that cost more than the Wolf, but you should read this first beforre ordering the wolf eyes http://www.flashlightreviews.com/reviews/wolf_6vd26.htm for your G2. I used this as a reference for my decision http://www.flashlightreviews.com/reviews/gp_p60lux3.htm I like the dropin a lot. I also just got a Surefire KL3 gen3 for my 6p which throws further (better outdoors) than than the BOG, but the BOG seems more of a wall of light (great for indoors). I would like to know how the 17670's work in your combo.

Hey thanks for the links, I think I need the 3.7v not the 6v right??? I'm runnin a 17670 cell.

A 3watt Led should be fine with a 17670 from a voltage standpoint

I am running a G&P 3W module (Lighthound), and 17670 in my 6P. It's doesn't seem to be as bright as my EDC B42XRGT (critically measured by my 53YO eyes :grin2:

), but it is still an eye-popper.

I see that a seller on ebay has the same 3W module only it's ten bucks cheaper! What kind of runtime you getting with this setup??? (may have to get me one or two)!

It's still too new to have run down the first battery. :grin2:
