There is one for sale in the CPF's Custom & Mod B/S/T section right now for I believe $215. He's also selling his holding spot for the Maxlite II and if you buy both it saves more money I think.

I like mine because of the low & high and I can't believe how much light one little AA puts out. Also, the light is made like a tank and is nice looking in my view, at first I though that the shape was odd but after using it it is an excellent shape!

I guess the big deal is that they are supposed have more output than any other single AA light on the market. I looked at the beamshots comparing it to a Fenix (L1T I believe) and although the Maxlite has quite a bit more throw the flood appeared quite a bit less bright. That makes me wonder how much more output it really does have. I will admit they look amazing and everyone who owns one is pretty much amazed by the build quality. I personally don't think they are worth the unbelievably high price they sell for.
