Very Bright with WO tint.
Only turned on to test,never carried.
It has a mini dent on the tube near the head.
Barely noticable and looks like a toolmark.
I was told the light had this tiny mark when bought.
So most likely SF did this when machining the body and the anno
is not compromised in any way.

I think this qualifies as "trashing" a thread.

If you don't feel the price is fair, why don't you keep it to yourself. Its up to the seller to come up with an asking price. The market will determine the rest.

And the Porcupine does not include the name Defender..

As you know, I live in the US, so what I know is only 2nd hand (in other words, I may be wrong).

What I've heard is mostly summed up here:

From the sounds of it, it should be legal to own, but maybe not to carry in public places ??? The U2-P is a little bulky to EDC anyways, so this shouldn't be an issue.

In California, we have some similar laws with regards to knives. There are some which you can own, but not carry. I don't know the details, cuz I'm not a knife guy, but I've had butterfly knives in the past and that's what I heard.
