2 D-cell/3 C-cell Flashlights?

I'm looking for a LED bulb 2 D-cell or 3 C-cell flashlight for structural ironwork. It would need to be waterproof(prefererably, but water resistant would be OK), durable, and be able to accept a lanyard. It being safe in hazardous gases(paint fumes, etc). would also be a plus. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Here's a 2D cell, waterproof, OK'd for hazardous areas. I'm about to order one of these myself.

Best is the Streamlight ProPoly 3C LUXEON
Great price great runtime and Streamlight makes light for Firefighters.
No excuse warranty I believe also. I have one and is great.

I forgot it does come with lanyard.
It has a steel ring and a lanyard
I have the stell ring attached to the clip and the lanyard attached close to the head. Here are some pics.

Another vote for the ProPolymer Luxeon. I have both the 3C and 4AA models and they are great lights, in my opinion.
