Anyone else wish that UPS or USPS would deliver lights just before dark instead of 10 in the morning?

................dark just doesn't get here quick enough.

I'd prefer 10am, as that means I'm still at home to get the package and play with it. But as it is, they both come around 3pm and I'm already gone to work

with no lights in hand.

My UPS Driver Comes On day at 9am and the Next Like at 9pm. They dont have a schedule and Really would like For Them to come at a certain time,Every time. USPS On the Other Hand Comes about at 4:30 about 80% of the Time.
