My first flashlight "mod," meager as it may be.
The Striker VG does not come with a lanyard so I kidnapped the one off my Fenix L2T. The connecting loop is just the right size to fit over the screw threads of the tailcap but not the body.
One problem I could see is if the cap is tightened too much it might damage the lanyard, so I found an o-ring just the right size to fit over the threads and not only protects the lanyard but also hold it in place when I change the batteries.
Funny how the Striker did not come with it's own o-ring, seeing how it's supposed to be waterproof to 50' for 30 minutes. Guess I'll have to do a dunk test (without the batteries) and see what happens.
