Video Beamshots

There has got to be a few CPFers on Youtube.com right?

I haven't tried posting any videos (on cpf or youtube) yet but it has definately crossed my mind.

I did a quick search on Youtube and the only thing I found was the video used in an ebay sale for an AE Powerlight. While I don't think that video was a good idea, I do think that it gave a better perspective of that lights performance as opposed to a simple beamshot.

Since I have joined CPF I have seen one video and that was from Mactech. It was good imo, and gave viewers an idea of how a few lights compared to each other.

Why so few? I would love to see more of them.

i cant remember but do a search on cpf as there was afew vid of a guy displaying his SF torches, on vid, which was v good .

Just type in surefire on the search bar

Actually this could be a good idea ... BUT ... the usual digicam's video function should be all automatic and will make a good comparison difficult, which means you'd need to have two lights in the same shooting at the same time to make a valid point. Not ideal, but the idea is cool
