As far as I' aware the output should be exactly the same bar variations on minor Luxeon spec differences.

The main differences are that the T3 has a chequered grip pattern on the body and a clickie tail switch where as the XO3 has a smoother hex body with a twisty tailcap.

Just down to asthetics / ergonomics really.

I'm a clickie fan!

I have both, and Timson is absolutely corret. The only differences are the body. Light output for both is the same.

I guess none of the current Inovas has a high output light with sidespill.

The only ones I can think of right now which have sidespill in the same price range are Chinese lights, Nuwai or Fenix.

Both lights are using TIR optics, so both beams should be about the same, you won't see much side spill.

Yep, my X03 has a nice spot and decent throw, but not much spill at all due to the optic used. The beam also has rings, as is fairly common for optics...
