I like flashlights a lot, hence I use the name flashfan (short for flashlight fan/fanatic). What's behind YOUR moniker?

Mine is the name of a digimon, a character from a TV show by the same name.

Stingmon is the evolved form of Wormmon, an insect-type digimon.

My interest in entomology may have played a minor role in choosing this name too.

Re: what\'s in a name?

I have size 15 feet.
(that's size 16 in the U.S.)

People call me "Alastair" and I sign "Al" but don't often like being called it.

I don't have a nickname as far as I know. If people have a nickname for me that they use behind my back, then I've not found out!

Re: what\'s in a name?

Cyclops is my CB handle (yes, I'm old enough to have one from the '70s CB craze (It's also in reaction to being called "four-eyes" for years)), and I added the 942 to distinguish myself from the zillions of other X-Men fans out there.

As for the 942, well, it's an update of six-four-two, and if you have to ask what that means, you probably wouldn't appreciate it. It's somewhat of an inside joke.
