Where to get Inova XO for overseas CPF member?

I am interested in the Inova XO, the new reflective type. Other than Target, does anybody know where is the cheap place to purchase it? I am overseas so dealer must willing to ship it abroad.

Brightguy has it but would like to have a few sites to compare the price.

Battery Junction is having an offer on all Inova lights. XO going for $38.95. It mentioned new version so I guess it's the reflector version.

it is either battery junction or lighthound

brightguy is just too expensive compared to those 2 above.

Lighthound seems to carry only the Optics version of the XO.

I wish Lightbound have the reflective sort. I have emailed him and it seems he only stock the optics version at the moment. Battery Junction shipping fee is $18US

FYI the best price I have seen an X0 for lately is also $38.95.
