I had an eternalight raven with the red & yelllow LEDs taped over, so that only the blue & green (as close to the Mariners colors as I could get) were showing.
I'd turn the thing on and wave it around along with my Mariners flag anytime we got a hit or a run, and then turn it back off before the next batter came up. I also had a First Star on my antenna.
Apparently, the home plate umpire some 600-700 feet away from my seat in deep left center field (all the way at the back) didn't care for the white, blue, and green LEDs, and he had stadium security all over me like flies to a pile of sh*t, and they made me turn all of the lights off.
From what I was later told, this little disruption was mentioned by both the radio and TV announcers as "some idiot with a light".
