One battery, many lights

What rechargeable battery can I use in my U2, and 2 E2L's? both lights will accept RCR123's but have a reduced runtime. Will the lights run at reduced output due to the cell only being 3.6v? I was thinking about the DSD and three 17670 cells from AW, is this what I need?

You have to be careful with what you buy. I have been told that the nonprotected 17670 will fit into an L2 with a very light sanding I can only assume that the U2 and E2L are a similar diameter! Someone else will have more info for you I hope.

You can ask AW himself, I have found him to be very helpful.

The 17670 as far as I know will have no trouble fitting in the U2. I don't remember about the E2L but I believe it should. At 3.6v both lights should run fine, with normal output levels.
