I know UCL transmits most lite but is brittle and chips easily, not sure about Borofloat.

I got a lense from FlashLightKing, 52mm, looks good, not sure of its shock resistance characteristics.

I am looking for a compromise between clarity and shock resistance.

Does that lense from FenixStore fit the bill? Or is the same thing I already got?

What about "Hardcoat Polycarbonate " from flashlightlense.com ?

plastic is the best at shock resistance... but doesn't transmit very well...

the ones from fenixstore are the next hardest that i know of

the one from the fenix store looks like the most promising.. with the smoothed edges it will really reduce the odds of breaking.. the other option.. the magcharger lens floats in a rubber o-ring for shock isolation shows promise.
